Want to hire a TRU Colors Apprentice?
Our brewery is a big project and takes time to get going! In the meantime, we’re busy recruiting and vetting some incredibly talented teammates.
Here’s the deal: Anyone who wants a position in the brewery must first successfully complete the TCB Apprentice Program.
This includes a 1 month training course that teaches new members important life and business skills all while ensuring each member is physically prepared for the work ahead.
The second part is where we could use your help. Each teammate is required to work at least 2 months in a manual labor position. It’s not easy, but that’s kind of the point. We want to know that every employee is committed to building a legit life and willing to work hard to make that happen.
Our apprentices earn a $30k salary and are contracted to awesome partner companies with plenty of challenging manual labor work.
TCB Apprentices make great employees. They’re thoroughly vetted (see below) and ready to work hard — after all, their success with you is required for them to get their dream career at TCB.
- Initial skills and background questionnaire
- Psychometric Assessment
- Interview with Insight Profiles (www.insightprofiling.com)
- Final peer review by TRU Colors founding members (requires unanimous vote)
- At least 2 weeks of training at the gym to get into shape before they work for you
